Responsibilities

• Recruit and train a team of highly motivated go getters.
• Hold morning motivational meetings with your team to drive energy and results.
• Work hand in hand with your team conducting face-to-face visits to homes, introducing Woodbridge and our products or services.
• Achieve preset company goals.
• Manage a specific cost of marketing.
• Must have the ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Sales or marketing experience
• Team building and management experience
• Experience hiring, training and coaching a sales and/or marketing team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set performance standards
• Ability to lead, but also maintain a "team player" mentality
• Excellent communication and conversational skills
• Evenings and weekends are required
• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• Pre-employment background check
