Job Overview:
The purpose of this position is to create happy customers by ensuring each customer receives a 5-star experience.
The Field Technician is primarily responsible for completing high quality field services for all product lines,
measuring jobs, and going above and beyond to make each customer happy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Solicit feedback and/or 5-Star reviews after completed service/warranty claims
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concerns; determine the cause of each
problem; select, explain, and execute the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or
adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution
- Accurately measure jobs for all product lines (Interiors and Exteriors)
- Collection of balance due or signed financing paperwork on completion of each service/warranty claim
- Record detailed notes regarding each service resolution in the CRM
- Take before and after pictures of all work and upload to the CRM
- Actively work to improve all procedures to increase overall customer happiness.
- Actively work to improve efficiency and productivity of the Production Department
- Actively promote and generate new business while on service calls
- Installation of small window and door jobs.
- Assist with show set up/tear down as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

- Must be able to lift and carry 70 pounds
- Must be able to climb and work on a ladder

- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone and in person
- Willing to travel with the occasional overnight stay depending on the business needs
- Adhere to company policies at all times
