Woodbridge Home Solutions is currently seeking an Operations Assistant that is professional, energetic, and has a great personality to join our Operations Department in Kansas. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and administrative skills, as well as good phone etiquette. This is a fast-paced environment that offers room for growth and career advancement. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

This is a full-time position at our office in Wichita, Kansas.

Responsibilities:

• Track job cycles
• Handle day to day ordering
• Provide excellent customer service
• Create and interpret a variety of reports
• Prepare, format and edit a range of documents
• Perform other general admin duties as needed
• Understand company product and brand
• General office duties

Qualifications:

• Administrative experience
• Past ordering experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
• Time management and organizational skills
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
