What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of keeping inventory in check, trucks loaded, and the warehouse running smoothly and safely. You’ll play a key role in supporting our production team and ensuring every job kicks off with the right materials in the right place.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Own the Flow: Load and unload trucks with precision and care to keep schedules on track.

• Keep It Organized: Sort, count, label, and organize inventory by name and job number—because chaos has no place here.

• Champion Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free warehouse (inside and out) where safety always comes first.

• Pitch in with Purpose: Help assemble marketing signs, assist with special projects, and support onsite events.

• Be Adaptable: Jump into whatever the Production Manager needs—you're the go-to for getting things done.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent

• Physical stamina to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day

• A strong work ethic and the reliability to show up on time—every time

• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to read and understand basic info like job names and numbers

• Comfort and capability on tall ladders when needed

• A proactive attitude and a willingness to help wherever you’re needed
