Customer Care Representative – Be the Heart of the Customer Experience

We're seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our operations team, who is dedicated to delivering exceptional, 5-star service from start to finish. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers after the sale—guiding them through each step of their project and ensuring every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of the customer relationship from post-sale through project completion and any follow-up service needs.

  • Serve as each customer’s main point of contact, providing updates and support via phone, email, and text.

  • Proactively manage project milestones, including scheduling final measurements, tentative installation dates, and service appointments.

  • Follow our established Customer Care Process to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience.

  • Keep our internal system (Lead Perfection) fully updated with notes, service tickets, and customer communications.

  • Coordinate with our Production and Operations Teams to resolve service issues quickly and accurately.

  • Return all calls, emails, and texts by the end of each business day.

  • Collect detailed information to assist with services, including photos when applicable.

  • Provide timely updates to customers after products are ordered.

  • Request feedback, 5-star reviews, and referrals after installations are complete.

You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager and play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our company’s commitment to quality and care. While you will not have hiring or policy decision authority, your daily work will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention.
