We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Canvass Manager to take charge of a team of Field Marketing Representatives in the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex. If you're a leader with a passion for coaching, motivating, and driving success, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of top-notch marketing representatives, recruiting and training them to succeed.
• Be the driving force behind the team’s performance by setting the standard for professionalism and results.
• Oversee all field activities, ensuring your team is on track to meet and exceed goals.
• Take the lead in key tasks like mapping, permit logistics, payroll, and more to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure each representative is empowered with the tools and knowledge to effectively generate leads and set appointments with local homeowners.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales or marketing—if you've managed a team, even better!
• A history of success in hiring, training, and coaching sales or marketing teams to new heights.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding goals and performance metrics.
• Leadership skills that motivate with a “team player” spirit that fosters collaboration.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to connect with a variety of people.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
